Shoot!!!! Bit hexy. Yep reckon you've been politely ripped you off for some of it.

Mate I'd be jumping up & down on the prices you've been charged, especially for the radiator flush/fill & the trans fluid, that's crap.

Edit: Service cost of $320 looks about standard though.

since yesterday morning, so a total of about 11 business hours

ALot of those 'additives' costs are like the 'paint protection' they offer you when you buy the car new. The actually do 'NOTHING" and charge you.

$22 for TB cleaner.... ouch.

I'd question every item. I see that they've recommended they rip you off next time you visit with new front suspension and new diff bushes... Have you paid it yet?

Have you noticed the 15-40 ford oil is $65 and there is no mention of the turbo, exhaust & intake manifold bolts tightening, I thought it was required.

This all sounds like prices and bs that a woman would normally get at a car dealer.

Did your wife take the car in for the repairs?
