My mb phone is a sony/ericson. Had the 15k service last week at my local ford dealer and they updated the BT software. And sofar so good. It had not dropped out yet! I disconnected the battery to reset... then when in for warranty stuff got them to update bluetooth software, hasn't done it since. The iphone is just a toy by comparison. It's a nifty little thing at times, but is restrictive on emailing, etc. Some things are fiddly and a few generations behind the Windows based phones. If you cna justify the extra coin on a new HTC, feature wise they're better.
