Theres still been the rare mid 300's where they've gone pop but then again there quite a few that run above 400 all day & get raced regularly & are fine. Still abit of a luck of a draw thing but with a good tune & good fuel high 300's maybe abit more without a prob. Also, keeping the foot into it without always listening for pinging is death to all boosted engines. Sure, it might be more "lively" but at what long term cost?
