Wow I didnt really think just to put a new hi flow cat in. Seems it might just be the way to go, combined with a new intercooler and fuel pump that is. I'll guess I'll have to price up a few items. Would a 3.5 inch hi flow cat do the job? Any hints on brands to go with for the cat?

Man-Pants is spot on IMO..

But could save yourself some coin by getting the PW stage 1 or 2 cooler.. Both can handle 300rwkw's.. The stage 3 would be best suited to high 300's+ which you dont need... Keep the rest of the exhaust standard and put a big mother of a hi-flowed CAT in there.. Fuel pump for insurance, and a retune and you should be laughing mate..

It's now closed, but something like this seems good mate.

MiKa is correct with regards to the coolers as well, I am just biased towards the stage III because they look like sex & are adaptable to future mods. It is probably overkill for you're power level yes, they are just so damn complete, big & sexy though

Cheers for all the info guys. I spoke to Chris at Rapidsystems and have ordered a V1.0 intercooler and a 5inch hi flow cat from him. Can't wait to see the results after a tune!! Still tossing up getting a fuel pump, just gotta scrap together the $$$.

Anyone know if you need a tune after installing a fuel pump and surge tank set up?

hey mate what ft-lb (NM torque) is the car putting out??

I think it's about 580nm@rw with 263rwkw. Cant remember exactly but I know it's just under 600nm. Should get a bit more out of it when I get the cat and cooler done at the end of the month.
