Hi Guys

I have noticed when I open the tailgate after rain there is some water in the channel under the rubber seal. Also sometimes there is water sitting around where the tailgate locks onto the body of the car. Is this normal? I am not sure if this water runs in when I open the tailgate?

Have any Territory owners noticed the about?

The water does sit on the bumper moulding under the tail gate and round the hing caveties but have had 2 territory's now and neither have leaked into the cargo area and while some have reported rust under the seal I have had no problems. I do all ways make sure I open both the glass and tailgate to chamious every time I wash it. and my car lives in a lockup garage when not in use.

My tip is regular wash and chamious

I took it to my local FORD Dealer on Teusday. They found the rear tailgate window rubber was leaking. They are replacing for me tomorrow.

I just bought a territory and am getting worried about rust, after looking around at lots of forums it appears that they are quite prone to leaking and rusting in certain areas...

Any other places to look out for?
