Got The Ute Re-tuned....

Hi all just a quick post, had my seimens injectors fitted yesterday and got the ute re tuned here are the results

Car pulls great, shifts have been firmed and spins all the way through first and second even with the canopy and tools

mate I have vapour injection on my t how does the injector s respond with the gas injectors ,as I had to return back to my stock injectors as the siemans were not giving the gas inj enough duty cycle ,??

Mods to the car are Rapids Hi Flo V 2.0, 60lb injectors, centre muffler removed and tune. It made 296rwkw at 11.5 psi

As for the gas side of things the ute could barely idle on gas after the siemens injectors were installed, however after a few minutes of tuning the gas ecu all is sweet now car runs great on gas.

I have a parnell system on mine ,it must work different to yours as mine has leaning out problems on lpg with the siemans inj

its mint leaving the servo only giving a 25buck donation isnt it

whats the rwkw differnce gas to petrol ??

Yeah its great spending $30 for a tank fill and having 500 odd horsepower...

My Gas system is an Emmegas system, with 3.5mm injectors (Stock 6.0ltr v8's on this system use 2.7mm). I had some issues in the beginning and I couldn't be bothered always taking it back to gas installer,so I downloaded the emmegas software and bought a programming interface lead off ebay andhave done all my own tuning on the gas side of things.Before siemens injectors went in it made 275rwkw on gas and about 250 rwkw on fuel. Now its 296 on Fuel and not to shore how much power its got on gas at the moment need to complete fine tuning on the dyno hopefully next week.

why not just go straight gas if your getting such goor resualts from it?

Car starts on Petrol and switches to Gas once it reaches operating Temperature...

Another thing is no matter how well your gas is tuned it isn't as responsive as petrol, even on my previous tune Fuel made 250 rwkw and Gas made 275rwkw I would still say that Petrol would out accelerate Gas, Gas still makes good power but feels a little bit more sluggish making it.

These are my observations anyway..
