imo, you will never blow a ba motor at 330rwk with a good tune. some good supporting mods like a big cooler, bigger pipework, exhaust etc will help also. if your car is a manual I would be more concerned with the oil pump. I agree with the built bottom end thing 2. do it once and do it properly, dont bother putting an f6 bottom end in if u are going 2 all that hassall.

Well early this morning I just put a hole in my bottom end and that was at 294rwkw. Big bang, heaps of smoke.

ouch sorry to hear, its all about been lucky or in boosted_xr case, unlucky. mine is a ba with 330kw and iv got no noises or vibrations, so I guess it comes down to the individual engine.

that's ok, wasnt expecting my engine 2 go first but knowing that ill have a tougher engine now its not so bad.
