17/12/08 11:53 AM17/12/08 11:53 AM #8 My random tips:allow yourself at least 5 hours, maybe more. Make sure you have a jack and some wheel stands. Its not a good idea getting under the car using just the ford suppiled jack. You dont need a hacksaw but a grinder with a cutting wheel makes it heaps easier. If you can get a nut driver 11mm if I remember corretly for the hose clamps in the kit, its much better than a spanner.Scrivets are a pain the arse, espcially in the wheel arches. I just broke those off. You dont need those anyways lol
17/12/08 12:58 PM17/12/08 12:58 PM #9 I fitted this kit myself mate and was not to hard as others have said only the grinder is the only major needed and only a little bit small socket set and some screw drivers axel stands the usuall stuff I used a trolly jack to raise cooler into position as I did it myselfthe CD rom you got with your kit should help mate and Chris Was more than happy to help with info the hardest part is probably getting the UPB into position and doing up the hose clamps check out my photo album ive got a few pics of my install feel free to PM me if you get stuck Edited 17/12/08 01:01 PM17/12/08 01:01 PM by bluute
