If so, dont need to be done.On a lot of jap cars, these items are often replaced as part of a rebuild but I havent heard of anyone replacing these items with our vehicles...This sound like the info your after or was it something else? Hopefully someone that has built a barra engine can come along shortly and confirm / give further detail.If I was you wilbaz, id be looking at a set of Nizpro valve springs too. Not sure if the crows are any cheaper but plenty of people are using Nizpro springs and are happy with them, they are also reasonable at around $300. Atomic also do some stronger ones again but they cost a little more I believe...
