I reckon they look real nice, there my soccer team colours too, the only thing that would look better is a white with blue over the top stripes. I think putting stripes on the XR6 is ok, a bonnet bulge is a bit much though. A bonnet vent would have to be standard on the FPV T6 if there gonna make one, maby you should wait and see. After market is bound to happen too, I mean you can get after market bonnet bulges for commodores(that look really bodge) SMS should show something for the aftermarket to copy.

I'm green with envy....ther BA XR6T looks really good with the stripes. Good job CDM! Personally, I would put on the stripes if I had a BA XR6T. I drive a turbocharged AU XR6, with the pursuit front bar (to accomodate the huge front mounted intercooler), T3 side rockets and rear bar, and was thinking of having stripes put on TILL I saw another AU XR (in Galaxy Blue) with white stripes....you know the rest of the story *sigh* I really love the stripes

Thanks guys! At first I wasn't too sure but they do really grow on you. I like it that they are different from the GT stripes too. I did consider when I had my AU (touring car bodykit etc) of two fat white stripes going over the top but I think that might have been a bit much! These still look classy I think.

As for the vents, I have given up on that idea for the time being only because I really don't like the idea of someone cutting big holes in my bonnet, then I will probably have to respray the bonnet as well. However, if the FPV 6T has the vents then I might grab a bonnet off that!

Oh, and JESMAL, I saw your car in Chapel St. a couple of months back...VERY nice mate, I would love to know how that baby goes...
