Having a long 1st gear in the 4 speeds may also help 60ft's I think. 1st in the ZF is over before you know it.

Yes 2nd gear in the ZF is equivalent to 1st gear in the BTR 4 speed.

Having the luxury of converter choice is also an advantage to the BTR 4 speed

Still rather drive the ZF on the street anyday over the old BTR though :spoton:
