Where is it leaking from and how much is it leaking? Would it be a teaspoon worth over a week? more or less than that?

I had a leak on my original diff at the rear seal, they at first replaced the seal, then it leaked again and we found out that Ford actually say that the entire diff should be replace, not just the rear seal.

its getting worse id say a teaspoon or more a week it leaves oil on the ground everywhere I park and its coming out of the seal right in the middle

Yeah mate, sounds the same as mine - get another Ford Service dept to look at it. They should be replacing the diff as long as its still under warranty

yeah still got 7 months or more of my warranty ive booked it into another ford dealer for next week im hoping they can fix it this time instead of wasting my time ive also informed them on the phone about my problems and why id like to come in and they said no worries even booked me a loan car for the day at half the price of my normal dealer charges for the same car too fingers crossed they fix it along with all the other things that are broken because of ford service f*cking things up over the last two years

My diff was leaking when the car was still stock and it ended up just needing the rear pinion (spelling?) seal replaced. All done and never had a problem with it since.

Same here, Etheridge replaced it under warranty and haven't had a problem since.

yeah the diffs always leak in these things. pinion seals and rear cover seals. ive had the rear cover off my parents bat to re seal it as it was leaking. and any wounder they leak the surface is all over the place. took me a lot of time to get it all flat. but hasnt leaked sense. actually got to fix mine come to think of it.
