if I was you id have a good look over the car yourself and try and figure out the problem befor ford stuff you around with the old one of our techs had a good over the car we flashed it with the lastest firmware and its good to go come and pick it up when your ready , what this really means is the apprentice drove your car around the parking lot moved your seat all mirrors left some rubbish in your car and f*ck all of anything else have a nice day

cheers mate that's what I've been doing just got back from a run cars going like a rocket hiss is gone just need to sort the rattle in the morning think it's the heat sheild in future I'l take it to my mechanic a very good mate I've mine and an a1 ford freak should have done that in the first place

good to hear but remember when the engine is hot the manifold will expand hence maybe why the hiss is gone

what do think about a k&n filter worth while
