I got the ICC replaced under warranty. The CD's were returned to me on Monday and guess what. 7 CD's!!! What happened was, I had 6 CD's in the stacker and went to play one of them. Suddenly the screen said that the CD wasn't in there (I didn't know any different at the time) and it allowed me to load another CD. I should point out that the CD player was the only part of the ICC affected. The radio & all other controls worked fine.If this happens to you, don't hold your breath at getting your CD's back quickly. Took over a month for mine to be returned.
