ive got a bf mk 2 xr6t, its manual, centre muffler removed,n bmc filter, it pulled 194rwkw stock and on the 8psi tune pulled 234rwkw, I didnt have it on the rollar for the 10 psi cause the afr were way to high and got told not worth pushing it for a power run, now my question is im getting my custom tune done next monday and wanted to know should I just stick to 8psi or go the 10psi ?? if I go the 10 will the clutch last long? and I dont want to change my injectors cause trying to keep it stock as ill probably sell it soon enough but just really wanna see how it goes with the custom.....

in my car the stock injectors started running lean at about 9.8 to 10 psi.

I would say around 9.5 psi, the only thing stopping you from using more is the injectors.

if you got a good tuner leave the the top power run up to them and then ask for a 8psi tune to be put into the second slot in your flashbox and when you want the extra power load the big tune in

Your clutch will last if you drive it sensibly. You can destroy a clutch with a stock engine quite easily if you abuse it. My ute is makes more power than I can get to the ground at times and I have not yet felt it slip. Driving technique will determine clutch life with a only a mild tune like you are looking at.
