Now, that my turbo bearings are about to pack up on me (does anyone know how much it would cost to fix that??), ford service department is telling me that the warranty had already expired in April this year! How can I find the 'truth', as some paperwork that I found in the service book suggests a November 2008 expiration also, yet service department insists that on ford's 'records', the warranty has expired!Do I have any ground to stand on here?

Leroy82 Member 8 Member For: 18y 4m 12d Posted 28/05/08 01:04 AM Posted 28/05/08 01:04 AM Thanks muchly folks!Problem is that the dealer I bought it from is different to the dealer who initially sold the car 'new'.Maybe I'll just start off by ringing 13FORD and asking them if they could give me the details of when the car was first registered. I have a funny feeling it might be an ex-demo car, so this whole area may be a little grey.Suppose next step after that would be to ring the dealer who sold it 'new'.

Call the used car salesman that you bought the vehicle from and ask him if he meant the factory warranty or dealer warranty was until November
