I have the same problem my engine light comes on under 3/4 power in any gear.

It doesn't stay on though only on for about a second or so. I have changed the TPS on the throttle body and the oxygen sensor on the dump pipe coming off the turbo.

Also doesn't matter what tune is in.

The only other things to change are the accelerator TPS, computer, Loom and Coil packs.

I've had this issue for about a year the car still seems to run OK

Well rang ford and they can't look at it until tomorrow. Asked about warranty and he said aslong I have no mods done should be fine. So I better put the original airbox back on. I have put the second CAI of a phoon on it so do you think they will claim that as a mod or not, Hope the just don't see it. Anyway will have to wait another day so I better dust to cobwebs of the bike for now.

Cheers Glen

It would be a stretch of the imagination if they did blame the air box, but you'd probably be better off putting the stock one back in so they don't have an easy way out.

Seems to be. Also I think he said something about overboost also, he was kinda mumbling a bit must have been the warranty thing.

Hey man, I have a full 3.5 inch exhaust on my ute. When I was fitting it I noticed that it only had one sensor plug but my bf came with 2. My engine light comes on when it wants to aswell. I would say its just a sensor that's a bit touchy - cheers
