You I do I disconnected that and made no difference. I think I may just have split one of the vaccum hoses to the manifold so might go pulling them of and find out. Just about run out of answers.

If you have a air compressor, lift the top of your air filter box and blow compressed air into the intake side with a rag scrunded up to seal, then lisen and feel around for any air leaking.

If not double check all vac lines and intake pipes, which im sure you would of already.

I had a noise coming from the passenger side in my T and it was a grommet under the glove box where the boost/oil pressure lines were coming through had come unstuck.

Thanx for all your help but the problem is finally solved. Had a vac hose that had the smallest of cracks. What a pain in but thank god it's gone.
