5x7s in the rear too... I upgraded mine to 6x9s using a new bracket from autobarn

Yeah well I had the entire trim piece off. Is it only 1 rivet that holds it in place? How do you go about mounting a new tweeter?

The audio guys with my car designed a small aluminium/metal plate. Screwed the tweeter in and rivoted the plate on to the pillar.

for the tweeters drill river out then unscrew tweeter off bracket then double sided tape

the tweeter on then screw braket back on, I put 6' splits into the doors no mods, and 6' splits into back with little mods to the standard bracket
