But it only does it when im off the gas and turning low speed.... Any ideas? Do others car do this?

Ive only owned the car for 3 weeks. How do you bleed the power steering? My Typhoon did this, it only lasted about 100km, it supposedly happens when the weight gets taken off the front wheels (mine was in for a wheel alignment.I got told if it didn't stop that I would need to take the belt off of the power steering pump and manually turn it for 30 turns or so and then put the belt back on to bleed it.Not being mechanically minded, I am unsure if this is correct but luckily I didn't have to do it.

It being evident a low speed it points to P/S to me, also check common thingh like wheels nuts , or might have a buckled wheel/ tyre , but you will notice that at all speeds.. so just have a good look in that areaHave you had the front of the car in the air lately ??? If you had and turned the wheel it might have created the air lock, this has happened to me a few times after getting it back from ford (they said it will be fine after I drive it a few hours) ... To bleed it properly you would need to remove your return line on the pump and wait for a smooth line of fluid to pour into a reservoir whilst toping up the pump reservoir Me I just turn the wheels lock to lock a few times with the pump cap off it seems to do the trick just make sure you have fluid in it..Pete
