Got a bit of nerve voodoo happening in my lower back.This is affecting my sciatic nerve causing me some discomfort as well as some pretty nasty pain in my right leg, particularly around my knee. Personally I would never let a physio touch my back.I foolishly allowed a physio to work on my back and she managed to herniate the disc. Two back surgeries later and over 1 year and a half off work all up and I still suffer chronic pain.Be careful.Regards,Andrew.
