I bought a flash tuner with a custom tune of 10psi or 11 psi on 98 octane.the car was standard at the time but I have since got a custom exhaust fitted and was told by the place I got the flash tuner from that I shouldnt use the flash tuner with the exhaust fitted until I get upgraded injectors and fuel pump.the car has not been dynoed.is this true or what? any suggestions would be helpful

Get it checked,Single power run on a dyno to log AF's should cost you 50,l no more

JimmyXR6T04 Member 1,299 Member For: 21y 3m 8d Location: Canberra Posted 27/05/07 11:18 PM Posted 27/05/07 11:18 PM no need to sell it just get it on a dyno, it'll cost you no more then $100, or come to one of the dyno days it'll be around $50.. if it's safe, then you're all well and good.. if it's not, then decide whether to sell the tuner or get a tune. Either way, if you've got a full exhaust, and no edit, you'll more then likely run into overboost issues on the factory ecu anyway.. then you'll have to buy another box and get it tuned
