Car Not Starting Properly

Hey I have an 03 xr6t ute and most the time when I try and start it it will kick over for 10 seconds or so before it will start do yous know wat the problem could be thanks

If it's the original battery get it changed before it doesn't kick over at all.

Could be the fuel purging back to the tank and having to repressureise every time you start......

There will be a valve to stop it back flowing somewhere, not sure where though

Could remove a fuel line to see if you have flow straight away....

Hey it has 47000ks I bought it with 44000 and it seemed to start ok then about a month or 2 ago

Maybe just a service, oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and possibly clean plugs although they should be good for 100,000 unless you have got a bad batch of fuel.....

maybe it could be plugs cause it stops idling every now and when I stop at lights or whenver I stop I did take it 2 ford a few days ago they cleaned the throttle body reset the cams and reset errors that were on the comp but it has done it again since that and ill prob have 2 take it back
