Would anyone have managed to increase the time before the auto-down function on the drivers door switch cuts in, it would be nice to be able to lower the window for longer before it hits the automatic full down mode. Is it in the switch itself or a function of the ECU? Any help would be great.. Thanx!

No the switch works off the amount of time the switch is depressed. You should be able to increase or decrease the time by changing a couple of resistors I would think. I havent traced the circuit all the way so I cant give you a definite answer.

I am interested in this also.

The AU XR6 I had gave about 2-3 seconds before the auto down

kicked in wheras by BA2 does auto down right away!

I usually like to drive with the driver side front & rear windows about

5cm down to get a bit of breeze... So I like to press both of these

switches for around 1 second - but now the fron goes all the way

down! HELP! :stupid:
