I've just went out and got a head light commander that automatically turns your light on in the dark and when off when your ignition is off it will shut them down but I' don't know how to install them looks pretty easy except for the extra green wire ? can you please pm me if you know how to do it ?

The instrustions for the green wire are on the drawing. its a reference for the unit to tell it if its switching a -ve or +ve supply for the relay. Find out if you need to supply an earth to the headlight relay or a positive feed and hook the extra green up as directed.....

Wouldn`t mind one myself as have sufferd a flat batter from leaving the headlights on once.

I thought you just turned the headlight switch to "auto" for this to happen

It was from super cheap auto cost about $30 only reason I got it was because it cost me $130 on new years day for a new battery because I left my lights on. AND with the extra where am I connecting it too ?

Could I just connect it up to the Red wire or the black one ?

I`m buying one too dude, don`t know how we will wire them up yet but an getting one after work.

you cant just connect the green wire to +

it depends on if you have it insatlled with positive switching or earth switching.

I am picking mine up tomorrow night as supercheap closed at 6.00 today.

Have spoken to a mate said he would help with install, biggest prob will be finding free time.

Where do you think the best place to cut and connect it all up ?
