use a video program. Microsoft Movie maker is included with Windows XP if you do not have a better package.

Just rip it for "send to the web" option

Kinda on topic. Can anyone reccomend a program for converting high bitrate Quicktime video to something a little smaller and managable and recognised by movie maker. Something like regular MPEG.

40mb for 15 seconds is just toooo big!
