I have and an edit for a couple of months now. I just have the generic tunes and I was previously running 8psi tune because I hadn't gapped my plugs. I gapped the plugs today, started the car and it was fine. I turned it off flashed the 10 psi progam and now it doesn't crank over. I am getting reds but that's about it. Tried to load other programs with the same result. HELP!!!

If you cant get a tune to work It may be a tow truck job to your local ford service for a reflash

When you connect the box to the OBDII port and power up if there is a fault you get a sequence of flashes from the leds, which should corresponding with the codes in your little white manual.

When the program is loading one LED flashes at a time, then all the lights start flashing. That when I thought the program had finished. So after the lights flash quickly does it then light up the LED of the program you selected?
