I actually meant to raise this some time agoAnywayAt idle the ltrs/hour was 1.0 (no accessories on (including AC), and in Neutral) after about 30 seconds of idle. This was before the 3000km check, now I'm using around 1.6 to 2ltrs/hour?? I have 12,000kms on the clock.Can you guys check, what are you reading, and what could have happened here... general driving fuel consumption has decreased slightly, but idle has increased?

Could be a heavier oil in the donk now making it harder to push around. Could also be a recallibration done on it which may change a few things. Wanna see something scarey? watch it when it first starts in the morning and see what its drinking then.

I've noticed the same thing.In the morning the fuel economy is scary!!!And I drive a non-turbo!The auto choke really does it's thing.

And where are you getting this data from ?I thought the trip computer only indicated Ltrs/100 km (average and instantaneous), same as my good 'ole XR6. Soon to be replaced by a BA XR8 with any luck, or maybe an XR6T.... decisions, decisions
