Problem solved. What do I do with the xr? Run slicks? Dont attempt to wheelspin? Drop the clutch at higher revs?Or is there something I can do with the rear end to take out the slop?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Cheers. I found normal road tyres hopped, but with more power, it spun a bit more, and was easier to control. With MT's I get either a full hookup, a bog down, or a smoke show. Nothing in between.Oh, and slip the clutch, not drop it. Helps. Don't aim for wheelspin on street tyres.. RubyXR6T Member 22 Member For: 18y 7m 7d Posted 28/09/06 10:42 AM Author Share Posted 28/09/06 10:42 AM Yeah I am running street tyres.Tried the low psi trick too. But found out today, ive crack the inner walls on both back tyres, and got a crack running through the bead. Time for new skins. But think ill get a new wheel package as well.Looking at getting the avanti drift rims, what do you guys think, on a black sedan?Any recommendations on what rubber bands to wrap them in?
