you will alway's get a bit of a gain, but you will have to get it tuned again,

it depends if your power is going up in the future, if you are going to want more later, then you should change it all. but if you are going to stay with 250-270rkws, then there is no need, but it will give some power gain even at 250.

if you free up the exhaust, even if it doesnt give much power increase UP TOP, you will find a decresed spool time as the turbo isnt fighting backpressure to spin up. as a direct result you should pick up midrange power giving you some more area under the curve, which will translate to faster acceleration and the feeling of more power ;) provided you can keep traction.

always provided its edited so the ECU doesnt pull timing and rain o nthe parade

Having been in a T with similar mods to mine which had an x-force 3.5 inch system on it, YES there is a big advantage to doing it :spoton:
