The tuning shop which I am going with advised me to do the edit and a cold air intake as my base mods but definitely do not touch the exhaust unless I am also intending to do the injectors and fuel pump. After reading so much on this forum about how restrictive the stock cats are I really want to put a high flow cat in also with the above package. My question is - with an edit, custom tune and a cold air intake, will a high flow cat have a beneficial or detrimental affect on the cars performance? CheersConfused Nut

CheersNut←id meet with him at the drag and use him for your custom tune as he is the best I know of in qld for the edit!!!!get the restrictor removed and remove excess tubing at the cat and it will be awsome but you will need boost control done to!!!

CheersNut←in my veiw, once all boost and that has been set back to the same level, the good flowing cat on the standed exhaust, is worth about 5-10kws, so if the money is burnning a hole, (it will drop exhaust temps a bit to.)
