Bain - as someone else asked - how did you not bend any of the fins?

Also - can someone lead me to the thread ( I remember seeing it somewhere, but I cant search for it, or find it again) on the front bumper removal??)

can you just up bolt the cooler and take off the hoses to take it out.. or does the front bumber have to come off?

Although I was pretty much just an observer when a fellow forum member very kindly 'helped me' fit mine, it definitely looked to me like the front bumper had to come off. But that was a MUCH easier task than I thought it would be - scary how few screws hold that thing in place really (once you take a few screwws out here and there, it literally just pulls off each side and away you go).
