I decided to try it at a servo today. With the DTE on zero I usually fill 68 litres, never hit over 70, at this servo with 20km to go on the DTE it filled to 72 litres. Guess I wont be going back there again. Cheating f*cking pricks

You filled up the filler Neck :)

Gotta remember, ford advertise it as 68litres, but there still is a bit more in the tank.

You were running on empty :P

Servo's get their pumps calibrated by a independant company quite often. If you feel that it needs to be checked. Report it. if it checks out to be inaccurate, you will get money / petrol back in your favour..

I get mine from a local independant fuel supplier and it costs 2 cents a litre less than ordinary premium unleaded, that's what got me started on the stuff. Now I use it whenever I can.

Its a ute, has a 78 litre tank. but ive never been able to cram in any more than 68 litres into it, and ran it a lot lower than I had this time. Might have to report this one. Though I feel the car does have more response with teh Boost 98

Ohh my mistake, I was thinking 68 litre sedan :)

If that's the case, my mates xr8 ute used to always get around 68 to 74 litres in it... (Yes, he did drive around with DTE as 0 for ages)

Ive tried so many 98s from servos all over sydney and theres never been much of a diference, but my T is stock tune so I dont expect much.

BUT, my ED turbo which is tuned right on the edge of detonation for 15psi never pings on Extreme 100 or vortex... synergy and ultimate were ping city.

I think its got ALOT to do with the servos that sell the stuff... there's dodgy operators out there!

Tried Boost98 in the Missus Jeep (V8) last week.

6cents cheaper

Performance was down, consumption went up.

Previous tank was Caltex 96, go figure.

Dont think Ill put it in the T.
