to add to the above, we have all of our properties ( bar 2 I think ) all positively geared.....

This year the company will pay 20k in tax, our salaries are probably WAY lower than most people here, yet I enjoy the choice of :

1) XR6T

2) Grandis people Mover

3) BMW 328 Coupe

4) Astra Convertible

Also buying a HR33 or 34 Skyline next month....... and looking at a CLK430 next year as well as the Phoon......

Gotta hate that.....

You know which car I enjoy the most ??? My T...........

Point of all this was ???? See if you can figure it out folks.......

1) Write a plan of what your goals are

2) what is the timeframe ?

Once this is done you need to look at HOW YOU WILL STRUCTURE THIS ?

I dont mean multi thousand $$ companies / structures etc...... just talk to your accountant, and see what will suite your needs.... and ALSO..... PROTECT YOU ASSETS...... and Minimise your tax......
