Since there appers to be a leak. MMM Both the clamps on the inlet side of the turbo loose. Like you could move the pipe side to side.On the return fron the intercooler after the alloy pipe throught the radiator support pannel I find this WTF Doggey BAST**DS

The car is 7 weeks old and this is how it is. I wouldnt have thought that in assembaly they would do this.I presumed that it was notice before delivery

TOXICT Member 45 Member For: 20y 9m 1d Gender: Male Location: Mackay, NQ Posted 19/02/06 12:02 AM Posted 19/02/06 12:02 AM Bad luck WorporI wouldn't trust the service dept at Ford as far as I could throw the b*stards matey...a relative of mine has worked there off & on for over 20 years (in admin), and the dealer principals just cannot / will not pay decent money to keep decent mechanics!Turnover is so high in the local dealer that on the rare occasions I take the car in (scheduled services, etc), I go over it with a fine tooth comb to look for c#ckups.My T was brand new in Dec 05 and I have found 2 x rubberbands in the engine bay so far.....don't ask me what they were there for in the first place, but pre-delivery must be non-existent!Enjoy the car anyway mate...pity Ford's service doesn't match up to the design of the T!BP
