I rang ford service back as my wife collected the car.....and they thought that was normal.....bloody idiots.... They said they would look into it, got a call back a couple of hours later telling me, nope that's how it is and they do not have different instrument clusters for the FPV range.I asked them to check my old panel because its different, but was told its gone through warranty and they can't access the old panel to check the part. Can you believe this crap...How the hell can I explain to these idiots that they have f*cked up ?
