Sounds like a Sunday run it is then!

What if we all meet in Sylvania maccas carpark at around 10am.

Is that to early?

I would say the best route would be -

Leave maccas and head down through the nasho to stanwell tops.

Stop here for a brief reflection on how many times you nearly lost it!

From here head down along the coast over the new sea cliff bridge to wollongong and then on to kiama.(maybe a brief stop in the gong?)

Stop at the blowhole for a chat.

Then head up though minnamurra rainforest(awesome piece of rd) through to robinson pie shop for lunch.(or in kiama depending on time and how hungry everyone is!!)

From here down through macquarie pass and back up the freeway to Sydney to the heathcote ampol(I think its an ampol!) and part ways from there.

Does that sound ok? Anyone got any other ideas?

The traffic on the sea cliff bridge is a bit of a night mare. If you dont mind a slow cruise (40ish) its not a bad bit of road.

fair enough. only ever been through there at night(after 10pm) since it opened. If it's a no go then we could just head down the freeway then...

I'm easy either way!

That would be ok.

Maybe 2pm then as most won't want to be home to late. I'm cool either way really.

Normally you don't have to pay park fee's unless you are actually stopping in the park. You just tell the person in the booth you are just going straight through to stanwell and it's free.

At least that's the way it used to be anyway! It's been a while since I've been throught there in the day! :spoton:

Can everyone confirm whether they would prefer 10am or 2pm please.

We went through there on Monday. Just told them we were going to drive thru and no charge. :spoton:
