I am looking into upgrading from std sound to premium, just wondering what is involved in this, I understand that the screen size is actually different so I guess that they will have to swap out the whole icc?

does the premium sound have different speakers than the standard ones?

im kicking myself for not getting it in the beginning

It was a $500 option..

I couldn't get it because my car was already "on the lot".

I had a bloke not buy my Ute because of this $500 unit..WTF?!?!

Its ture. I ask My local Ford ford when I brought My BA XR8 Ute that I'll like to upgrade to the premo sound with colour ICC. Ford said no its only a option in sedans.

I tried to option the sound but the salesman said it couldn't be done as the car was already built.

He also said something about "only being able to listen to one CD at a time anyway" but we all know what can happen when trying to change a CD while moving.

You can get the small LCD screen upgraded to the large premium sound colour screen by ASL Logistics.
