So what are the spec's of these Ford injectors? And also any serial numbers etc. as my uncle is head of the Ford Racing Parts division and imports all the bits for the supercars from the states, I will ask him if he can get them and also how much he can get them for.

Ford Racing (Bosch)

part no: 0 280 150 558

Flow Qty g/min@3 Bar 326.8

operating pressure (bar) 2.7

Resistance (ohms) 14.5

Design Type EV 1

Connector 9 122 067 011

These Injectors are a direct fit for the XR6T, conector leads are the same no mods needed...sell on Ebay for around $450 - 8 injectors...cheaper on US Ebay.

Bosch

part no: 0 280 155 968

Flow Qty g/min@3 Bar 310.0

operating pressure (bar) 3.8

Resistance (ohms) 12.0

Design Type EV 6

Connector 9 122 067 011

As you can see the main difference between the 558 and the 968's is the 968 is a

EV 6, which is a longer injector with a ''director plate'' multi-orifice technology to better atomise fuel across various operating pressures.

Allow more flexibility in relation to operating pressures with out compromising spray efficiency or fuel atomisation.

So they may all fit and say there 42LB but they dont all work the same way, stands for any injector, find out what your injector has on the inside.

Steer clear of the re-drilled injectors they work well at WOT, when you want to trim the fuel its a different story.

Only 968's for me..
