Makes up for most of the 100kgs or so excess.My ute weighs 1920kgs with 80L of fuel and me (60kg) with hard cover.

The ute has the same wheelbase as the Fairlane. As the XL and XLS have a one tonne option then every ute has to have a chassis that can handle a tonne as well.
