Ford should still honour the warranty on the vehicle. The parts they will not honour are the items you have replaced.

I recently took my car to Centre Ford in Perth for a diff replacement. I asked them not to reflash the pcm (incase it was part of normal servicing), and told them that the car had a bigger dump pipe and cat installed, along with bigger injectors. If they reflashed it, the car would not run properly. I also took it in running my 10psi program.

The service advisor had no issue with my request, they replaced the diff under warranty, and commented how well the car drove.

You must have better dealers on your side of town. :pinch:

Having been down a similar path recently...

They may suspect you've been naughty, but it's another thing entirly to proove it. Put the car back to standard, disconnect the batt overnight and drive it around for a bit before you go in. If they claim to be able to prove you've increased the power output of your car, ask them to show you the proof, they can't.
