This sounds like fun. Any Sydney-siders want to meet at Mount Annan. If so, when? Ken, you want to lead the way to Canberra?

Not sure how many passengers yet because they probably enjoy their sleep time too much and I already have them committed to the Jenolan Caves Cruise this month... :spoton: ...will check over next couple of days, though for now add:

Dr Z

Safe and happy driving...Dr Z. :spoton:

I was planning on leaving my place @ around 6am for a 9am meet up with the Canberra folk. Possibly stopping at a roadhouse on the way for brekkie.

I'm happy to wait at Woolies car park, Mt Annan for anyone wishing to convoy down the humourless. :spoton:

Please let me know if you wish to join the convoy, so we don't leave without you.

I don't know if it's too late but I'd like to change my vote to option 1 - I did it a few years back (It was dirt back then, but if it has been resealed I'd take my T along it...) and it was fun!!!!! :w00t:

I'd be happy with it even if it does take an extra hour or 2... Got nothing else planned for that day... :spoton:

Not too late, but the general consensus seems to be option 2.

I think we'll leave Bermagui for the next south NSW cruise I organise.

Canberra - Bega (via Brown Mountain) - Tathra - Bermagui - Narooma - Batemans Bay (via coast tourist roads not the Princess), Braidwood (up the Clyde Mountain) - Canberra

You will need about 1.5tanks of fuel, lunch money (if you're not bringing your own) in Merimbula, and drinks and snacks along the way if you do that kind of thing :)
