Sydney Meeting Points and times

There will be a need for two seperate groups as some people are unable to get the Friday off work:

Group #1:

Meet at Berowra, at the Old Toll Gates. Say at 12:00pm for a 12:30pm sharp get away.

This will enable us to avoid peak hour traffic. We will cruise up the Pacific, and will take a break every now and again when we find a decent rest area. This information will be relayed over UHF CB.

I anticipate arriving at the hotel by 6pm. This means we can check in and be having our dinner and drinks by 7pm. Also allows us to get a good night sleep for a couple of long days a head.

Group #2:

Meet at Berowra Old Toll Gates at 7:00pm for a 7:30PM sharp get away.

This enables most to get home, pack the car and get to the toll gates in Friday night traffic. By 7pm the traffic up north should subside and we should have a good run up. We will cruise up, and will take a break every now and again when we find a decent rest area. This information will be relayed over UHF CB.

I anticipate arriving at the hotel by midnight.

This still allows us to have a decent nights sleep as we don't have to be in our cars till 9am the next morning.

Canberra Meeting Points and times

People wanting to join onto Group #1: Meet at the Shell Gateway at 8:00am for an 8:30am get away. This will allow plenty of time for a drive to Sydney with a smoko stop and a lunch stop in Sydney.

People wanting to join onto Group #2: Meet at the Shell Gateway at 2:00pm.

This will allow plenty of time for a drive to Sydney, and a drive through Sydney Peak hour traffic to get to the toll gates. This will also allow a dinner stop somewhere along the way.

QLD Meeting points and times

TBA

OK, the only thing yet to be confirmed is the GoKarts on Sunday afternoon, apparently the Kart Track is now book solid for two weeks! But we need to know soon who's coming, and also need to give you guys some notice! If that is the case we may go for a drive to Iluka or somewhere instead.

People who are interested in the karts, can you please contact:

Gary Crawley

Phucknuckle

Lord Cyric

Lumpy

or express interest in this thread and I'll get in contact with you.

Please let us know your intention's as we need to confirm accomodation and and lunches and such!
