Hey guys,

I have the problem too. Are your cars lowered at all? My car only started when I had it lowerd and is more notiable when I have a full load.

Just a thought.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Mine is lowered, however it was doing it before I got it lowered... Keep us updated on the progress! I'm sure if I took mine to the local Ford dealer they'd come up with some crap that it's only doing it 'cos it's lowered, therefore not covered by warranty... :nono:

Well heres the update....

Picked it up today after 2 days worth of pondering and they have to order me another tailshaft as the one they put in last week is un-balancable. Apparently its to do with when they produce it the pipe for the shaft had not been cut straight. Some crap like that anyway. :gooff:

Also they are updating the new fifth gear sincrode due to it crunching and they have ordered me a new headlight because water was getting in.

Ive only done 18000km and already been back to ford .............. 9 times for warranty issues.

I used to be a die hard ford fan but please they have to sort there :gooff: out.

I hope there is someone out there who is actually enjoying there car. I might pop over to the "LS1 forum" pardon me, and see how there cars are going.

I cant really put my finger on it but I also have many times experienced an uncontrollable vibration under load.

Long time no type on these forums, so I may be out of the loop bit..

I also have vibration issues under accelleration. I can actually feel it by myself, but with load it's pretty bad...

It is getting prograssivly worse... My car was actually in for 2 days a few months ago and they had to basically take out the whole rear end to change some rubber or something on the back of the diff..

The vibration was gone for maybe a few days after (couldn't really test it with alot of people in it etc), then it came back again.

The next time, the shop manager went for a drive with me and said something about the "butt stops" maybe hitting and causing the vibrtion..

anyways, no go..

I have noticed however that there is less vibration when TC is off.. Is this a driveline issue related to the motor? I can feel it in the gear stick....

Anyways, great to be back..
