Mate if you are going to go 65mm outside dia you will have to nick a bit of metal out of the battery holder. It won't go through other wise. that's why I used the 60mm dia stuff. It will slid through with a gentle push.

What's the inside dia of the PWR intercooler outlet. This is the size that the pipe would be best matched to.

The pwr's outlet was same size as stock. I see what you're saying, I guess it's no use going bigger pipe, it'll only bottleneck at the cooler anyway. It's funny how ford chose a smaller upper hose. They even went to the trouble of making a hose with different diameters at each end.

The pipe that I'm using is 10mm bigger on the inside than the factory pipework so it should open up the flow. It will also match up pretty close to the outside dia. So it should be a good fit if you plan on using the factory rubber hose.
