Looks like we might have a buyer, hoping I'm not jinxing mysef here but a couple from NSW have seen it on Easter Saturday and they love it . They are arranging finance tomorrow aparently so "WOHOO"!!!!!

Think about it Tab...They're impressive, no doubt. But I've got a feeling there on every street corner in Brisbane as well.... ....

Should be in Hervey Bay sucking down the first Crownie as the shadows just start to reach over the bay views out over the verandah.  

Probably having the first of a host of Mud Crab meals for dinner.
