Ok guys here's my pice of good news. For the last 10 months I have been on a bit of a health kick and following the weight watchers program. Well on Tuesday I managed to get down to my goal weight :spoton:

I have lost a bit over 64 kg's now so if anyone out there is trying to lose weight I would recomend giving weight watchers a try.

Thanks for that man, can't say it was easy but I spose the point of my post was to let people who might need to loose some weight know that while it's hard it can be done.

I used to hear the old line if I can do it, anyone can all the time and think yeah right. But if you put your mind to somthing to YOU REALLY CAN DO IT

Thanks for all the kind words, well funny enough Scotty me starting the diet roughly coencided with me bying the T, never actually thought about that until now. No doubt she's picked up a bit of extra pace having 60 kg's less to haul around.

It's hard to describe the difference in how I fell in having that much less to lug around as well. I have alot more energy and am just generally happier and now alot healthier.

The big thing now is going to be getting my head around maintaing my weight instead of trying to keep looseing. I'm so used to the system I have now and it's been working so well I'm almost afraid to change anything.

Any ways here's a couple of before and after pics.
