well well...

yesterday on the run home from work I was just crusin along with traffic through a few sets of lights... noticed a clubsport (vy) gunning it at every set.. I worked my way up next to him at one of the red lights... he was some dude about 45-50.. he looked across at me, and revved hard (what a *beep*) I just smirked in reply to his rev.... lights change next thing I knew I was about 5 car lengths in front of him.. and he didnt want to pass me after that... gave me a wave in acknowledgement ... I was chuffed for the rest of the way home

Well if your car is stock, he musn't of been trying or he was a crap driver. A VY clubbie with a minimum of 260kw wouldn't be that easy to beat, he should of beaten you really.

Its simple, it was a manual, and the guy didn't launch it right. That doesn't take away from the fact that you made him look like a *beep*, so you get 10 points for that anyway!

Remember, those clubbies almost have a 'lag' of there own in the bottom end. If he launched it right though, you probably wouldn't have won.

Well done mate, theres nothing more I like to hear than handing out a hsv but kicking,no actually beating a hsv and a import at the same time.
