Help - Replacing Fog Lights

Guys,

I am under the front of my car at the moment trying to replace a smashed fog light. Can anyone tell me the easist way to get the RHS one out. I have dropped the black cover under the front spoiler but cant see in so have do do it all by feel. (I dont have any stands) Does the light come out from the front??

I have tried to do a search but I type fog in and it says it isnt enough letters for any results? Sorry, I know this has been covered somewhere.

Under the light on the front bar there is a little hole in the hole there is a plastic rod twist it anti clock-wise and the bulb will pop out then put the new bulb in place and twist it clock-wise to put it back on, you dont need the black casing it comes in.

Thanks very much for that. Seems silly in hindsight it took so long. Service access into these cars is utter . I am glad I havent needed to change a headlight yet because that will be worse.
