It's not really tracing people just finding them with limited info!

its actually a cool tool... I use to be a collection officer for a mob and we were given the same sort of tool.... you can fin people that dont want to be found.... search for an old mobile and they can link it to a new home number and all that stuff.... punch in a mobile and you can find out their address etc....
